This is important news for me: my workshop has just been awarded the Artisan d'Art qualification.
It's a fine way of paying tribute to the work we've been doing for just over four years now, with patience, dedication and passion.
My workshop is a very simple place: calm, silent, conducive to concentration.
Here, I create lampshades and textile decoration by letting the material express itself without artifice, in a subtle interplay of materials and colours.
The designs first emerge very clearly in my mind, even before a prototype sees the light of day. Then I test, juxtapose and superimpose, until the textures and colours find their balance.
No fashion, no season.
Just regular additions, at the natural pace of inspiration.
I love working with natural materials, made in France jute, linen, hemp and cotton from dormant stocks. These are real, simple materials that I try to highlight by removing anything superfluous.
The assembly technique remains faithful to the know-how perfected over the years. Whether it's sewing, embroidery or assembly, every step is carefully thought out.
Every finish counts: that's where the discreet elegance of a lampshade comes into play.
The metal structures of my lampshades are also made in France.
This choice allows us to offer you non-standard dimensions, They can be adapted to each project: a particular format, a specific diameter, an unusual height...
It's a real plus, and an integral part of the craftsman's job.
For a special project or request, I can create made-to-measure lampshades.

It's always a pleasure to talk about a new project.
